Publication Ethics
EP Archives is dedicated to following the highest practices and standards of publication ethics, such as the guidelines and flowcharts of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Additionally, we follow the Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals prepared by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).
Authors must avoid any publishing misconducts, such as copyright infringement. By submitting their work to EP Archives, authors certify that their submission is free from any malpractice. Any allegation is taken seriously and further investigated according to COPE guidelines and flowcharts.
If an error is found after the article is published, the literature is corrected by publishing an errata or corrigenda. In cases where a serious malpractice is discovered or where the literature cannot be adequately corrected by a correction notice, the article may be retracted, even after years of original publication.
